Privacy Policy

At Avelyntor S.A. we take care of the personal information you share with us. This document describes what data we collect, for what purpose, how we handle it and what rights you can exercise, within the framework of the Argentine National Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326 and its complementary regulations.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Avelyntor S.A., Tax ID 30-71892456-3, with address at Av. Corrientes 3247, Floor 8, Office 802, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. You may contact us at hola@avelyntor.com for any query related to the use of your data.

2. Data we collect

We only receive the data you decide to share through the contact form: name, email and message content. When you enable analytics or advertising cookies, we also collect technical data such as anonymized IP address, device type, operating system, sections visited and browsing times.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your information to reply to your queries, send you material related to projects published on the platform when you expressly request it, improve the site experience and comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations applicable to real estate crowdlending in Argentina.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent (art. 5 of Law 25.326) when completing the form or accepting cookies, on the performance of eventual contractual relationships and on compliance with legal provisions applicable to the sector.

5. Retention

We keep the data from the form for a maximum period of thirty-six (36) months from the last useful contact, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Data linked to analytics or advertising cookies is retained according to the periods defined in the Cookie Policy.

6. Recipients

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with technology providers operating under strict confidentiality agreements, with external auditors, with competent authorities upon legal requirement, and with Google LLC within the framework of Consent Mode v2 exclusively when you enable it.

7. International transfers

Some infrastructure providers may be located outside Argentina. In those cases, we require guarantees equivalent to those provided by Argentine regulations, including standard contractual clauses and adequate protection level assessments.

8. Your rights

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and opposition over your data, as well as withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write to hola@avelyntor.com indicating the right you want to exercise. Additionally, you may file complaints before the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, the enforcement authority of Law 25.326.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration: encryption in transit, access controls, internal audits and periodic reviews of our processes.

10. Minors

The site and its services are aimed at persons over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we detect information from a minor, we proceed with its deletion.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect regulatory, technological or service changes. The current version will always be the one published on this site, with the update date visible at the top of the document.
